Here at The Indigo Woman we are happy to accept garment returns. However, within the seven days of receiving the item you can send it back to us if you are unhappy about what you received. The garments tags must be attached, no smells, unworn and fitted to how you receive the item. Shipping cost are not covered by The Indigo Woman when sent back, so we highly suggest checking your local post office for shipping options before making a purchase. Lastly, our return instructions are located inside our deliveries so make sure you keep the tracking number that proves your items were sent back to us within the seven days of receiving all items. In addition, all items are returnable besides accessories. Depending on processing time payment methods will be credited back to the customer within 10 business days of receiving the item. This will depend on the kind of payment method you chose so it is best to speak to your bank for processing methods. When emailing The Indigo Woman, please make sure you indicate if you would like a refund or an exchange. Some items are not eligible for a refund such as accessories. Payments will be credited back to the original payment method on file. We ask that you remain patient due to refunds being processed within 2-3 business days of receiving the item.

As long as the items are in stock, we’ll be happy to exchange the item for a different size or style of choice. If you want to order a different style that is more than the item, you purchase the remaining balance will be placed on a gift card. If the item is less than the amount you purchase, we’ll refund the remaining balance to your payment method on file.
