Exchange & Returns
Not happy with your item? No problem! You can exchange your item for any size that is currently in stock. Before returning your item back to our brand we recommend that you contact us by email so we can send out your item at no additional cost. We also recommend that you fill out our return sheet so we can understand how to process your order once we receive it.
If the replacement item is at an additional cost a gift card will be issued. Please let us know before you make the purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org
However, if your item is less expensive than the item that you purchased, we will be sure to refund the amount back to your original payment method.
Items placed on sale are nonrefundable, but can be exchanged for the same style.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept late returns if the item is not delivered to us within the time limit that is given on your receipt. Anything returned back to us after 14 days will be sent back to you.
CARRIERS TO RETURN
It is highly recommended that you use your local post office to track all orders and tracking numbers that come with a signed tracking number. This will ensure a smooth return process. Please do not use any other delivery service other than USPS to deliver our items because we will not receive them.
