  • Will you be restocking this item? 

Would you like to order one of our items that is currently out of stock? Our items are restocked every two weeks, but we highly recommend customers leave their email address and size on each product page with the restocking button to be notified. If you need any further information, please contact our brand at info@theindigowoman.com 

  • Can I cancel or change a recent order? 

Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee to change or cancel an order once the order is processed or shipped. We do recommend that you request a change of order in the first 24 hours at info@theindigowoman.com 

I have received a 'Backordered' or 'Partially Shipped' or 'Out of Stock' email and wish to discuss it

DELIVERY 

Our standard shipping time within the US is between 2-3 working days so please be patient when processing your order. In any case, we do offer next-day shipping, so your order will arrive the next working day. If your order is placed on the weekend after 4:30 on a Friday it will be delivered on the next business day.  

Product Received Fault/Incorrect  

Please check recent emails that you have received from us that inform you of our recent backorders. This can also mean that an item is currently out of stock and will be shipped once it comes back in stock. We advise that if you would like more information or would like to know of a potential time your item will be back in stock, please email us at info@theindiowoman.com  

Returns  

How will I know if you received my order? 

Before contacting our brand, please track your item with the tracking number that was given to you by the local post office. This will enable you to see if your item has been delivered to us. Also, please allow 2-3 business days for our brand to process or if you are waiting for a refund to appear in your account within 5-10 business days. If you still need further details do not hesitate to contact our brand at info@theindigowoman.com 

All returns that are received for a refund will be covered minus the original shipping charge. For further details, all questions can be answered on our website or if you would like further details, please contact us. Finally, please be mindful of our return instructions included in your custom box upon delivery.
