  • Where is my order?

Once the customer places a order and the order is in the process department the customer will receive a email about each step until the item is developed by USPS to the address provided by the customer. For all other questions about products or orders please email info@theindigowoman.com

 

Before sending a email please be sure to add in the subject line your order number and name for a faster response. Also, please provide any helpful details about your concerns and we will do our very best to take care of the issue at that moment.

 

  • Where is my shipping number?

All shipping numbers will be sent automatically to each customer after each step through the processing department. Estimate time before receiving your order within the US is anywhere between 3-7 days and 7-20 outside of the US. This do not include processing time that can be between 2-5 business days for all orders. After the order leaves the United States all orders are handled by outside countries postal service. Please be patient before sending a email before our processing and delivery dates as shown above.

 

  • Do you deliver outside of the United States?

 

We are currently delivering to all states inside of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom and Australia. Please be patient to receiving all items due to Covid-19 slowing down shipping times for all packages around the world.  Please see our shipping section as shown on our website. Thank you
