Did I place my order successfully?
Here at The Indigo Woman, we take pride in allowing our customers to know every step of the way when delivering your order. Once you place your order you will receive an email that your item is being processed, packaged, and shipped with a tracking number. However, you will receive an email that your order was successful and a delivery date.
WHAT IS THE POTENTIAL DATE MY ORDER WILL ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, it will determine the day your item will arrive to you. This is based on your shipping address, the number of orders and the shipping method you’ve selected.
HOW DO I RETURN FOR A REFUND?
According to our return policy if all tags are attached, unworn, no smells, spray tan, or unwashed we will give you a full refund. However, please pay close attention to our return instructions on our return form after filling out the selected boxes. Once we receive your order, we will send you a follow-up email to confirm the process of your return that will be delivered to you within 2-5 business days of your original payment method.
However, please note that all final sale items will be returned to you for store credit. To track your returns please contact your local post office for the proper tracking service due to our brand not covering nor reimbursing postage costs.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Here at The Indigo Woman, we are aware that sometimes things do not fit, or you would like to exchange your item for something better. However, once all tags are attached and your item does not violate our return policy and is returned within the 14-day period your exchange will be accepted.
Please do not forget to fill in your return form with your special request so we can handle your items as quickly as possible once received. Please remember that our processing time is between 2-5 business days to receive your exchanged item(s) in addition to our brand sending you a tracking number for your returned items.
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted it. You can expect your request to be processed within 2-3 working days once we receive your exchange item(s). When we ship your item(s) you will be emailed by our brand with a tracking number for your shipment.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
However, we are aware that sometimes things do not make sense. Therefore, we are happy to accept all returns that are unworn, free of smells, spray tan lines and tags attached. This applies to any item sent back to us within 14 days (about 2 weeks) of being delivered to the address you provided. Please be aware that shipping costs are not covered by The Indigo Woman when returned. We suggest that you use the same postal service who can provide your tracking number.
Be sure to read our return instructions on our return sheet inside the garment box to avoid any frustration. To receive a full refund, please send your items back within 14 days of receipt.
If you happen to misplace your return sheet, stay calm and just send our brand a personal email at info@theindigowoman.com. It will be our pleasure to help you with anything you need. Unfortunately, there will be times where some items are not eligible for a return but that will be stated before you make a purchase to prevent all confusion.
When filling out our return form, please tell us whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. All credit card payments will be returned to you within 1-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time. So please check with your bank before processing your order in case we cannot amend this. We’re also pleased to process store credit refunds which will be sent to your email within 1-5 business days.
Please note that all sale items are nonrefundable but can be exchanged for store credit.
Please be aware that our return policy states that all items must be returned to our brand within the 14-day period. Additionally, all returns must have all tags attached, no spray tan lines, perfume scents, unworn, or any visible damage. In order to receive your full refund all items must be returned in the same condition they were sent to you. Please use the tracking number that is given to you by your nearest post office for all returns or exchanges that meet our return/exchange policy.
I DO NOT SEE MY COUNTRY LISTED; DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
For now, we only ship within the United States. When we begin shipping internationally, we will update our website so that our customers can take advantage of the free shipping option.
