Shipping & Returns

USA Delivery Information: 

We value each customer here at The Indigo Woman, so we want to offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, our standard free delivery service operates Monday-Friday from 9am-4:30pm. All orders will be delivered to you within 1-7 business days depending on your zip code.  

All orders will take a total of 2-3 working days to be shipped out to the address you provided. To ensure that you receive each item before the weekend we highly recommend that you order before 4pm on Friday Eastern time.  

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally or to all US destinations, such as Mexico, Virgin Islands, Alaska, Puerto Rico, North Mariana, Guam, and Hawaii. 

Delivery Service 

All deliveries are handled by USPS and will require a signed signature once the item is received. Please be sure that you or someone you trust will be present at your home address to accept your delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery your local post office will either leave a note or return your item back to the local office. The length of time can vary based on your global zip code. If you experience a shipping delay, please contact USPS for further information. After your order ships it then becomes USPS's responsibility to ensure that your package is delivered. 

 

Please be aware that both paid and free deliveries require you to cover any inbound customs or taxes you may incur at the destination. Under no circumstances should you refuse deliveries. Unfortunately, once a delivery is refused any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost will be taken care of by the customer. 

 

After your payment is authorized and verified, please allow up to 48 hours (about 2 days) for your order to be processed and shipped out to the address that you provided. Each step taken on our website, an email confirmation and tracking number will be sent to you. If you do not receive your confirmation email within the first 48 hours (about 2 days), please send an email to info@theindigowoman.com 

Returns: 

Here at The Indigo Woman, we want to make all returns as easy as possible. However, we are aware that sometimes things do not work out. Therefore, we are glad to accept returns that are unworn, free of smells, perfume scents, spray tan lines, and tags attached. This applies to any item sent back to us within 14 days of being sent to the address you provided. Please be aware that shipping costs are not covered by The Indigo Woman when returned. So we highly suggest that you use the same postal service who can provide your tracking number.  

For a hassle-free return, be sure to read our return instructions on the return sheet inside your garment box. If you wish to receive a full refund, please return our items within 14 days of receipt.  

If you happen to misplace your return sheet, stay calm and send our brand a personal email at info@theindigowoman.com. It will be our pleasure to help you with anything you need.

 

Unfortunately, there will be times where some items are not eligible for a return but that will be stated before you make a purchase to prevent all confusion.  

When filling out our return form, please inform us whether you would like a refund or an exchange. All credit card payments will be returned to you within 1-5 business days depending on your bank's processing time. So please check with your bank before processing your order in case we cannot amend this. We are delighted to process store credit refunds which will be sent to your email within 1-5 business days. Please note that all sale items are nonrefundable but can be transformed into gift cards.
